Abstract: As cyber threats become more complex, establishing a culture of cybersecurity awareness in organizations is essential to mitigating risks actively. Strong foundational cybersecurity skills become indispensable for IT professionals as the need to safeguard sensitive data and systems against rising cyber threats increases. Understanding common attack vectors and vulnerabilities allows organizations to proactively identify weak points in their infrastructure and develop robust defense strategies. IT professionals with foundational skills can educate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, creating a culture of security awareness across the organization. Furthermore, the organization can achieve compliance and regulatory requirements by developing a strong cybersecurity culture. The current webinar discusses how a well-developed foundation of cybersecurity skills and ongoing awareness form the bedrock upon which security professionals build resilient, secure, and compliant digital environments.

(asset and risk management, control and standards, teams, integrated systems, operational resilience, and next-gen innovation) plan designed to protect the organization, enabling it to be resilient, adaptable, and profitable.
Business security and cybersecurity is NOT putting up a firewall, implementing endpoint protection and the essential 8, walking away, and hoping for the best. It is a whole business endeavor that follows the cybersecurity A.C.T.I.O.N plan that promotes and creates security in depth.
