Dr. Joseph Issa is a senior software engineer and data scientist with over 25 years of industry and academic experience. Dr. Issa’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Santa Clara University and a Master’s degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Issa researched processor performance and developed several performance prediction models for cloud computing frameworks. In addition, he authored and co-authored over 30 journals and conference publications in computer science.
