ECCU 511Global Business Leadership (3 Credit Hours)

This is a study of current and historical leadership theories with an emphasis on viewing leadership functions in the context of global organizational behavior and organizational designs.
ECCU 514 Leadership and Management in Organizations (3 Credit Hours)
This course encompasses an extensive research project about cross-cultural differences in leadership conducted by a group of researchers in 62 countries. The study describes the roles, functions, and impact of global leadership concepts. Team exercises will highlight the speed at which leaders must work. Research and views into how most cultures respond to this area of management are also provided.
MGMT 510 Managerial Accounting (3 Credit Hours)
This course examines how management accounting assists in driving strategy execution within business settings while learning to apply a balanced scorecard framework. It identifies the components necessary to establish balanced finances using specific measures and strategies, and proper identification of non-financial performance measures. The content explores how organizational needs can be met using appropriate financial measures, analysis, and reporting within changing contexts and ethical situations.
MGMT 511 Financial Management (3 Credit Hours)
This course evaluates the impact of financial management practices within organizational situations that require decisions to be made. It further assesses the value of investment projects to an organization. When decisions are being made within an organization, the financial aspects play an important part in the capital structure. You’ll learn about the impact of decisions on finance and capital structure, as well as shareholder distribution policies and discounted cash flow analysis.
MGMT 512 Marketing Management (3 Credit Hours)
This course gives you key insights into the fundamentals of consumer behavior. It examines how marketing management is useful to organizations and provides strategies that are used to develop and manage brands. ECCU 516The Hacker Mind: Profiling the IT Criminal (3 Credit Hours)
While cyberspace has increased human communication, connectivity, creativity, and capacity, it has also significantly increased crime in the last decade. This crime aspect is exploited by everyone from hackers in high school to international terrorists. IT criminals threaten businesses, governmental agencies, militaries, and organizations of every kind. This course will survey the spectrum of psychological attributes that make up the profile of IT criminals.
ECCU 523 (CCISO Certification) Executive Governance and Management (3 Credit Hours)
This course is designed to bring together all the components required for a C-Level position by combining governance, security risk management, controls, audit management, security program management and operations, information security core concepts, strategic planning, finance, and vendor management to lead a highly successful IS program.
ECCU 515 Project Management in IT Security (3 Credits)
This course looks at project management from a cybersecurity planning perspective, specifically IT Project Management. You’ll learn how to use the IT framework to develop an effective IT security project plan. This process will help reinforce IT project management skills while providing the student with a road map for implementing IT security in an organization.
Capstone
ECCU 519Capstone (3 Credit Hours)
The Capstone is a summative experience, allowing you to demonstrate all program outcomes by drawing on the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program. You can enroll in the Capstone after successfully completing all core degree requirements, but it must be within six semester credit hours of graduation. You must attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and have the Registrar’s approval to undertake the Capstone.
