His distinguished career spans pivotal roles within the Department of Defense, FBI, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), reflecting a deep commitment to national security and technological advancement.

A recognized expert in emerging technologies, including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, and Quantum Computing, Webster uniquely can translate complex concepts into practical applications. His passion for education is evident in his extensive tenure as adjunct faculty at esteemed institutions such as Utica College, City University of Seattle, EC-Council University, University of Maryland Global Campus, and Purdue Global University, where he imparted knowledge in diverse IT domains from project management to advanced security protocols.

As the founder and CEO of Cyber Research and Intelligent Solutions Provider (CRISP), Webster spearheads the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, specializing in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital forensics. Furthering his visionary approach, he is establishing Quantum Nexus University (QNU), a pioneering institution designed to redefine higher education through the integration of advanced technologies. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation to serve as QNU’s President, Webster holds multiple master’s degrees in data Analytics, Network Security, and Government Information Leadership (CIO concentration), along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems.
