Topic: Digital Forensics in the AI and Cloud Era: Women Leading the Next Shift
Abstract: As organizations accelerate their adoption of cloud platforms and AI-driven systems, digital forensics is undergoing a fundamental transformation. The evolving threat landscape complicates the identification of attack paths, while the distribution of assets across multiple cloud platforms and automated systems challenges traditional evidence acquisition methods, investigation timelines, and chain-of-custody models.
This webinar explores how digital forensics is adapting to the AI and cloud era, highlighting the critical role of women leaders and security professionals in shaping the next phase of forensic innovation and governance. Featuring insights from a woman practitioner and cybersecurity leader, the discussion will cover emerging tools and methodologies for cloud-native investigations, AI-assisted evidence analysis, forensic readiness, incident response, and regulatory alignment. Attendees will gain practical perspectives on navigating complex digital ecosystems while advancing inclusive leadership.
Key takeaways:
- Understanding the shift in the digital forensics landscape
- How AI is transforming forensic investigations
- Exploring forensic challenges in cloud and software–as-a-service (SaaS) ecosystems
- Forensic readiness and incident response strategies for AI and multi-cloud
- Governance, compliance, and legal considerations impacting AI and cloud forensics
- The role of women security leaders in shaping the new forensic approach
