Abstract: As AI adoption accelerates, organizations are racing to ensure their AI-driven capabilities remain compliant. While AI governance often looks good on paper, rapid deployment cycles, evolving regulations, security threats, and business demands quickly expose the gap between policy and practice.

This webinar offers a practical guide to building AI governance that holds up under operational conditions. Moving beyond high-level principles, the session demonstrates how security, compliance, and leadership teams can align around clear accountability, enforceable controls, and measurable outcomes, without slowing innovation. It also explores how to translate governance policies into operational workflows, integrate risk and threat considerations across the AI lifecycle, and establish governance models that scale with enterprise AI adoption. Attendees will gain insights from real-world scenarios and implementation patterns to understand what works, where governance typically breaks down, and how to fix it.

Key Takeaways:

  • Current AI governance challenges and key policies
  • Understanding the transition from principle-based AI policies to operational controls
  • Aligning security, risk, compliance, and business ownership across AI initiatives
  • Designing governance that supports speed, scale, and regulatory readiness
  • Practical approaches to measuring AI governance effectiveness
