Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)

A national advocate and institutional voice for promoting academic quality through accreditation, CHEA is an association of 3,000 degree-granting colleges and universities. It recognizes approximately 60 institutional and programmatic accrediting organizations.

National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA)

The National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) is an agreement among member states, districts, and territories that sets national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education courses and programs. EC-Council University (ECCU) is an NC-SARA-approved Institution, and the New Mexico Higher Education Department (NHMED) is the NC-SARA Portal Entity for New Mexico.

National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE)

The National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) is a collaboration between government, academia, and the private sector that’s dedicated to helping the U.S. overcome ongoing and future cyber security education and workforce challenges by defining universal standards and best practices. EC-Council University’s courseware has been mapped to the NICE framework.
