Lata Bavisi brings over 20 years of global, cross-industry leadership experience to EC-Council University. A trained attorney, she has guided organizations while holding senior leadership positions. For more than 15 years, she served as a Board member at EC-Council, one of the world’s largest information security certification bodies. Her passion for academia drove her to join ECCU as Vice President, where she integrated practical cybersecurity education into higher learning. In October 2017, the ECCU Board unanimously recognized her impact and appointed her President, effective November 2017.

Dr. Ray is an innovative leader in higher education with extensive experience. She recently served as Campus Dean at Rasmussen University. Her background includes compliance oversight for programmatic accreditation, accommodations policies, and collaboration with multiple accrediting bodies. She applies research-driven approaches to globalized education and national accreditation standards. April holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Media Communications, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.

Dr. Chandra Davis is an academic leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, spanning student support, learning services, academic leadership, and educational operations. Her expertise includes faculty recruitment and development, training, course design, learning services, and staff hiring and onboarding. A passionate and authentic leader, she emphasizes autonomy and team growth. Dr. Davis earned her Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of South Florida. Her research interests include global learning, ethics in education, and educational leadership.
