Cyber Challenge Terms & Conditions

  • Participants who submit correct answers to the Cyber Challenge within one week of its announcement will receive a cybersecurity scholarship worth $200, redeemable upon proof of enrollment in an EC-Council University (ECCU) degree.
  • Even though the contest will appear on multiple social media channels, only the first submission from each participant will be considered. Subsequent entries from the same person for the same week’s contest are ineligible.
  • A person can attempt multiple Cyber Challenges across weeks. However, scholarships are awarded only once per participant, even if they answer future questions correctly.
  • Both non-students and ECCU students can participate.
  • There is no limit to the number of scholarships being awarded. However, one candidate can avail the benefits of the scholarship only once, regardless of the number of correct answers given.
  • Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Participants already receiving any other ECCU scholarship are not eligible for this scholarship award, though they may still take part in the challenge.
  • Winners are required to pay the Application Fee to enroll in an ECCU degree program. The $200 scholarship will be credited to their student account during the first term of enrollment in an eligible degree program.
  • By entering, participants consent to ECCU’s collection, processing, and storage of their personal data (name, address, phone, email, etc.) for the purpose of administering the contest, including use by ECCU affiliates and authorized agents.
  • ECCU reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, tampering, or other causes affecting its integrity. ECCU also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who interferes with the contest or submission process.

You must submit your answer within one week (1 week) of a Cyber Challenge question being made public.

Yes, current ECCU students are eligible to win a Cyber Challenge scholarship provided they are not recipients of any other scholarship from ECCU.
