Vince’s expertise stems from his distinguished military career in information warfare, where he flew combat missions as an EA-6B Prowler Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECMO) and later transitioned to intelligence, becoming one of the first qualified Information Dominance Warfare Officers. He has led teams tracking al-Qaeda’s cyber activities and has overseen cyber intelligence operations at high-profile organizations such as Optum and Cargill.
