Dr. Kemp has more than two decades of experience as a leader in both for profit and non-profit organizations. Before joining EC-Council University, Dr. Kemp served for more than 12 years in various educational leadership and management roles. With degrees from Tarleton State University, a doctoral degree from Capitol Technology University, postgraduate studies from the University of the Incarnate Word and Capella University, and graduate studies in educational leadership from Stephen F. Austin University, Dr. Kemp is an advocate for quality education, diversity, and inclusion. Dr. Kemp is committed to giving back by ensuring students receive the best possible education and helping educational institutions better serve students through technology and enhanced learning. Dr. Kemp routinely contributes scholarly research on higher education topics and presents at various national conferences. A major priority for Dr. Kemp’s administration will be to advance ECCU’s efforts to increase its global focus and create a research program that leverages her technology and social science expertise.
