DR. DAVID MOURED, PHD

Dr. David Moured is an IT Senior Scientist and Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst with 20+ years of experience in cyber security testing, Signals Development (SIGDEV), and several Intelligence disciplines. Dr. Moured has achieved a PhD in Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and holds numerous industry certifications including but not limited to the CISSP-ISSEP, LPT, CEH, ECSA, CHFI, CCISO, CND, CNDA, CND, MCSE, Linux+, and Network+. As Owner/Operator of Red Team Security Solutions LLC, Dr. Moured performs Red and Blue Team Penetration Testing for customers in both the Private and Public sectors. Dr. Moured also lends his talents full time to a DoD contracting company supporting customers throughout the Intelligence Community utilizing state of the art ethical hacking techniques and technologies to exploit systems and assist in the required vulnerability mitigations.
